Where to find mental health support

The wellbeing team offer a range of services to support your wellbeing while you’re studying, this includes over the breaks. Visit their wellbeing page for immediate help in an emergency and longer term help.

Where to find mental health resources

The SU

The SU’s mental health and wellbeing page lists a range of resources available to only Falmouth University and University of Exeter students and external support.

Student Minds

Working with Student Space, Student Minds have created a whole section of resources specific to the winter break, including help with staying at university over the winter break and how to make the most of your time at home.

Students also share their tips and experiences of the holidays on the Student Minds Blog:

·  Not everyone is excited for Christmas, and that’s okay

·  Give the gift of self-care this Christmas

They also have support services open every day including:

·  Text, phone, webchat and email

·  Support for Muslim students

·  Support for trans students
