Starbucks campaign - Worked with the head of illustration to successfully incorporate ‘Starbucks out’ campaign into a year 3 illustration graded assignment – meaning that the work produced by illustration students could be used as a piece contributing to their degree as well as supporting my campaign to get a more ethical coffee supplier in KOOFI.

Ecosia campaign – supporting Chloe with her campaign to make Ecosia the default browser for University of Exeter. In early stages – contacting IT and will need some student input on this.

Plant based universities campaign - Passed at forum last year, so have set up a working group where we have regular meetings with executive committee members: Moraa and Elizabeth. We have decided to take an educational approach, portraying how the food is relevant to social justice, biodiversity, and climate change; the food we eat should not need cause suffering to the lives that inhabit this earth.

I have been added to the climate and environmental crisis (CEC) board – met with Juliet Osbourne (lead author for White Paper) – finding a strategic pathway to getting the student voice heard about climate change in a way that leads to active change from the universities governing board.

Working with Jake Causley and Rosch from reslife to hand out food bags containing all the ingredients plus a recipe card to make a plant based Christmas meal for students that are not/cannot got home for Christmas.

Making a working group for disabled students – creating a pathway for disabled students to get their voice heard by the EDI team – allowing for change and better support on campus.
