New student? Here’s how to book your tickets for Welcome 2024

Congratulations on getting your place at uni! We hope you’re ready to start planning your arrival and get stuck into meeting your new community. Book ahead and make sure you start your time at university going to all the events you want to attend.

Welcome

You can book your tickets for Welcome Week now. Most events are free to attend and you won't need to book tickets, some have a small price for tickets.

New students will need to create a new student account to book tickets. If you have already completed at least one year of studying at Falmouth University or the University of Exeter, you can log in to The SU website using your single sign-on and authenticator.

Create a new student account

First, you need to create a new student account by completing the form online with your details. If you have it, please include your student number to help us with managing your account.

Your student number is either a 6 or 8 digit number that your university has shared with you, it is specific to your university. It might be on a registration email or information about your application. It isn’t your UCAS number.

Log in to your account

Once you save your account, you will be able to log in to The SU website. Go to the log in page and use the GUEST LOGIN section on the right of the screen. You will then be directed to the homepage.

If you are logged in, the button in the top right of the page will say “log out”.

Buy your tickets

Now your account is set up, you can book your tickets for Welcome Week events.

Go to the event you want to book and you should see tickets available for the event below the picture.

Select which ticket you want and add it to your basket.

You can only book one ticket for each event.

Once you’ve selected all the tickets you want to book, you click on the basket in the top right of the page or select the automatic text that appears below the ticket when you add it to basket.
