Hey! I’m Grace, my pronouns are she/her, my personality type is INFJ-T, and I’m a third-year BA Geography student at the University of Exeter (Penryn Campus).

I’ve been a BA Geography course representative every year of my degree, and in the 2023/2024 academic year I was Subject Chair of Student Representatives of the Centre for Geography and Environmental Science: it is really important to me that student voice is a priority at university! I chose to become a rep as I love my subject, and I wanted to share feedback from my cohort to the department on things that can be improved on my course, but also things that they are doing really well! It’s a great feeling when things change in the department based on the feedback we collect.

Outside of Uni, I can usually be found playing guitar, listening to music, looking after my houseplants, building models, or on an adventure around Cornwall with my camera. If I had to give one piece of advice for university, it would be to get out of your comfort zone and try something new, whether that's joining a new society or trying a new sport, or even just picking up a new hobby!
