Want to try out pole? Come along to our 1 hour Feabruary taster session where you will learn some new tricks and spins that give you a feel for pole. It's a great opportunity to meet some of our lovely committee and students with similar interests.

Get fit in a fun and unique way with Falmouths SU Pole Society! Pole is fast becoming a popular way to increase strength and confidence, not just for women but for all genders!

You will recieve a warm up and cool down, sharing a pole with around two other people you will be taught some level 1 beginner tricks and spins.

We advise wearing gym wear, please wear what you feel comfortable in but the more skin we have on show the better we stick to the pole. Most current students and committee wear shorts and a short sleeved top.

We pride ourselves in being a fun, safe, inclusive space where people can feel empowered and express themselves through pole while increasing their strength (both physically and within themselves)! Build up your strength, flexibility and confidence in a safe environment and impress your friends with your new-found inner strength! Feel empowered and become part of our fast-growing pole family!
