Join us for a day of birdwatching at the Lizard!

We will be meeting on Penryn Campus at 8:30am to catch the bus estimated to arrive at the Lizard Village for 10:37am. We'll have about 3 hours to explore and look for birds (including Choughs!) and walk across to Kynance Cove. The amount of walking will be dependent on the birds present on the day but make sure you bring sturdy footwear, and please be aware that the terrain is uneven and hilly at points. We will be getting the 13:38pm bus from the Lizard and expect to arrive back on campus by roughly 15:30pm.

There are toilets at the village where we arrive as well as at Kynance Cove cafe. We recommend bringing snacks or a packed lunch.

Binoculars are available, but if possible bring your own as numbers will be limited!

Please note you will need to pay for your own bus fare. This is £4.50 for under 19s or £7 for adults.
