About the event
Everyone will experience loneliness at some point in their lives. The Mental Health Foundation’s report into Loneliness (2020) has shown that loneliness is one of the leading public health challenges of our time and it’s been exacerbated by the pandemic. Loneliness can be damaging to our health and lead to a wide range of mental health issues.
Understanding loneliness, its causes and how it influences our behaviours, can help us think about what can be done about it. Please join us for this webinar to understand how loneliness impacts on you and what you can do to re-connect.
