Candidates and Creatures! - Drop-In with Therapy Animals and Crafts!

Join Us for a Relaxing Time.

Come along to The SU's Open Drop-In at the Penryn Campus SU Space for a delightful time featuring therapy animals and mindful crafts! The SU Presidential candidates will be attending and this event is open to all students to come and enjoy interacting with therapy animals.

What to Expect:

  • Activities: Engage in fun crafts, including badge-making, while enjoying tea, coffee, and biscuits.
  • Atmosphere: This is a calm and inviting event designed for a maximum of 20 students at a time. There will be bright lights and some gentle movement as students come and go throughout the day.
  • Support: SU staff members will be in attendance to answer any questions.

  • Where: Penryn Campus SU Space, just up the hill from the Stannery.

    • There is disabled access to the Penryn SU Space, with both disabled and regular toilet facilities nearby.
  • Quiet Space: If you need a break from the event, the nearest quiet space is the Multifaith Chaplaincy or the Library Retreat Room.

Note: This event is exclusively for students of Falmouth University and the University of Exeter Cornwall Campus. Photography and videography will be conducted during the event for SU marketing purposes; please inform a staff member if you prefer not to be photographed.
