About the event
During the workshop, we will learn what trauma or stress is, and how it can affect our bodies – but also, how we can learn to heal from this. We will learn some boxing techniques, practise these using gloves and pads and bags, and then do some vagas nerve stimulating activities including meditation and breathwork.
Most importantly, we will be connecting with each other and having fun in a safe and loving space - whilst listening to mainly DnB. Other genres welcome and we'll take requests on the day!
