SU Study and Snack Sessions

About the event

Looking for a place to study, relax, and stay fueled during deadline season? Come along to our weekly study support sessions starting from Monday, 4th November, at FOX 3 Seminar D (and FOX 1 Seminar G for the following weeks).

We’ll be offering free snacks, pastries, and hot drinks to keep you going while you work. Whether you want a quiet spot to focus or just need a break, this is a great way to kickstart your week.

Feel free to drop by at any time during the session—there’s no pressure to stay the whole time, and you can come and go as you need!

What is the key accessibility information?

The event / travelling to the event may be busy or crowded. There is disabled toilet access near the venue, for more information please ask a member of the team. The study session will be quiet, but if you need a moment away from it your nearest quiet space will be the Students' Union. If there are any problems at the event, please chat to the SU Crew who will be running the event. 

Who is running the event?

This event is being run by The SU. Our Meet the Team page includes information about every member of The SU team.

If you need a buddy to support you with arriving at the event, please email The SU on info@thesu.org.uk and we will work out what we can arrange to help. This might be someone meeting you before the event start time or simply talking you through more details of what to expect. We want to help you access our events so let us know what you need.

Where is the event taking place?

The event is taking place at FOX 3 Seminar D on Woodlane (Falmouth) Campus. This space is right next to the SU pantry and also next to the Fox Cafe, making it fully accessible.  Toilets are very close by along the corridor of the pantry.

You can expect a welcoming and relaxed environment designed to support you during busy exam and deadline periods. We’ll provide free snacks, pastries, and hot drinks to keep you energised as you work. Whether you need a quiet space to focus, a quick study break, or a chance to connect with other students, these sessions are here to help you stay productive and refreshed.

There will be a member of staff present to support the event and answer your questions. There will be photography and videography at this event that will be used for SU marketing, please speak to a member of staff if you don’t want your photo taken.

This event is only for students of Falmouth University and the University of Exeter Cornwall Campus.

If you need a quiet space to get away from the event, the nearest space would be the Students’ Union.
