About the event

Come join us as we celebrate this spooky season by carving pumpkins! Join us and show off your artistic skills by decorating this seasonal squash. All equipment and pumpkins provided. 

Who is running the event?

This event is being run by Maya and Lottie from The SU. Our Meet the Team page includes information about every member of The SU team.

If you need a buddy to support you with arriving at the event, please email The SU on info@thesu.org.uk and we will work out what we can arrange to help. This might be someone meeting you before the event start time or simply talking you through more details of what to expect. We want to help you access our events so let us know what you need.

Key accessibility information for this event.

The SU space at Falmouth is small, and may be crowded at times. There are steps into and around the venue, but there is also lift access. There is an accessible toilet near the venue, if you are unsure where this is, please let one of the team know. If you have a problem at the event or need to visit a quiet space at any point, please let one of the SU crew know. 

Where is the event taking place?

The event is taking place at the Students' Union on Falmouth Campus. To get to the SU on Falmouth Campus, walk into the Fox Cafe building then continue forward toward where the art and swap shop are. From there walk through into the Communications School part of the building and the SU will be the first room on your left.

What should I expect?

At this event, there will be bright lights and lots of people moving around. We have plans in place for if the space becomes too busy.

There will be a member of staff present to support the event and answer your questions. There will be photography and videography at this event that will be used for SU marketing, please speak to the member of staff if you don’t want your photo taken.

This event is only for students of Falmouth University and the University of Exeter Cornwall Campus.
