A one and a half hour session of active bystander training. Come along to this workshop and learn what to do and say in difficult situations or uncomfortable conversations. About This session covers how to intervene in a range of different situations and scenarios, providing a safe space to understand why it is necessary to say/do something, and how to do it in a non-escalatory way. This session will cover: - The definition of a bystander -Intervention • What it is, what impact it has and when sometimes you might not intervene • How to intervene early and safely • Contributing positively when wrongdoings are happening -Example scenarios
