Liberal Democrats Society

We are a society that is open to all students who wish to engage in supporting the Liberal Democrats or just want to learn a bit about our party!

We have regular meetings to discuss and debate issues ranging from drug legalization, LGBTQ+ issues, electoral reform, and the challenges young people face in or country. We invite guest speakers who have served in parliament, councils, and have years of experience in politics and working to make their communities fairer, greener, and inclusive to all.

We work closely with Cornwall Lib Dems, regularly campaigning across the region and getting inspirational candidates elected.

We encourage everyone to get in involved. Even if you haven't been involved in party politics before, or just want to find out more about our party, please sign up to the society or drop an email to fxuyoungliberals@gmail.com for more information.
