A club for everyone whether you're new to yoga or advanced, if you can't touch your toes or can get your toes behind your head! Join us for classes, workshops and day retreats.

A club for everyone! Take some time for yourself to de-stress, become flexible and strong whilst bringing your awareness back to your breath and the present moment.

Memberships are £16 for students and £20 for non-students.

A word from the instructor about FalYoga classes - “The class will aim to offer a relaxed space for you to unwind, find grounding, and breathe fully".

If you are not a member but would like to give our classes a go, you are welcome to come along for a free taster. Just contact us beforehand and let us know whether you will need a yoga mat!

Thursday 5.30-6.30 pm (£5) - St gluvias community hall Penryn

Saturday 9-10 am (£3) - St gluvias community hall Penryn
