Pottery Society

Pottery Society offers weekly sessions on Penryn campus. We aim to have fun and learn new skills together! Open to all.

Welcome to pottery society!

We aim to provide a relaxing, creative outlet for anyone wanting a break or looking to develop their artistic skills. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where people can unwind, connect with others, and get their hands dirty in clay.

We run weekly air-dry clay pottery sessions on Penryn campus. Members can paint their own pieces.

Through the society we want to form community among students and with the wider public!

Our first session is TBD

Each session ticket includes:

  • 2 hours of pottery
  • All equipment (clay, hand-building tools, paint)
  • Your own pieces to take home
  • Community, fun, and play!

We are very keen to hand build and fire pieces in hired kiln space so they are food-safe as well as attend open access studio sessions locally which can include throwing (on a wheel!) so get involved now to be part of this soon...
