Welcome to Puppetry society!

We meet on a weekly basis for a range of puppet-related activities included puppet-making workshops, puppet designing and learning and practising puppeteering. Whether you are a major puppet fan or never even given them a second thought, we welcome everyone!

There are lots of oppurtunites to do something you love from performing and creating to writing skits and discussing your favourite puppety shows and movies.

Upcoming events

Puppet-making workshop: 24th November; Exchange Courtyard Room 4, Penryn Campus; Puppet workshop! We'll be starting to put fabric on our foam heads! Don't worry if you're behind, this is also a chance to catch up! Please bring scissors, pens, pins, needle & thread if you have any and hard plastics from your recycling (tubs etc.)

Regular sessions

Our sessions will be held on Penryn campus every other Sunday in Exchange Courtyard Room 4. To find us, enter the Exchange via the revolving or automatic doors, go up the two flights of stairs or the lift and exit via the automatic doors at the back of the building, turn left into the Exchange courtyard and look for room 4!

Other sessions and events

We are a new society with lot of plans. We will hopefully be doing film screenings, trips and a puppet show which you can get involved in any way you want! These may fall on weeks inbetween regular sessions or on different days but we will always keep you updated!
